Jennifer C. Frank is a Board Certified Marital and Family Law attorney. Instead, she works with parties and their lawyers to have the often difficult face-to-face conversations necessary to reach a creative resolution while in a safe, comfortable, non-threatening and effective mediation environment. Jennifer explores and develops creative and workable solutions and is committed to providing parties and their attorneys the necessary time and space needed to ensure that all aspects of their Agreement are fully understood before signing. Jennifer has been an active member within her community and has held several leadership roles over the years. She is the 2014/2015 Past President for The Central Florida Family Law Inn of Court and has been a continuous member and participant since its inception in 2005. She is a Board member for the State-Wide Collaborative Family Law Council of Florida. She is an active member of the Collaborative Family Law Group of Central Florida. Jennifer has attended the International Association of Collaborative Professionals (IACP) Annual 4-day Forums for Advanced Collaborative Law Training in both the U.S. and Canada. Jennifer is also a member of the Tiger Bay Club of Central Florida. In 2007 she served as chair of a Florida Bar Association Grievance Committee. Jennifer served on the executive committee of the Orange County Bar Association, Family Law Section from 1999 to 2005, serving as the chair and co-chair from 2003 to 2005.
Jennifer graduated from the University of Miami in 1994 with her Juris Doctorate. Jennifer began practicing in 1994 in St. Petersburg, FL. In 1996 she moved to the Orlando area and has since practiced Family Law in Central Florida. As a wife and mother, Jennifer is a mindful and practical attorney who seeks fairness and balance at every turn.
